Background History

In this realm, keepers Goldilocks and Heuildazzuhr had been fighting for years. But neither was able to overcome the other, and so accepting this stalemate situation they agreed upon a retreat, with Goldilocks residing in the South and Heuildazzuhr in the North-West. Goldilocks barricaded himself behind impenetrable rock walls, but Heuildazzuhr took the Destroy Walls spell.

This state of affairs was not convenient for any of their creatures, who rebelled and joined the forces of Good. They took a passage into the North-East, taking with them some valuable resources, and there they wait.

Strangely, some heroes join you. They believe that they can help you to eliminate Goldilocks and Heuildazzuhr, and so re-conquer the realm for Good (they're so gullible, aren't they?). But it won't be easy to defeat this realm

Walkthrough

At first sight, the situation is far from being bad: you have both gold and a portal nearby. The map looks like a very classic level. So let's begin by building the usual rooms: lair (best placed between the portal and the dungeon heart), hatchery and so on... Excavate the gold zone in the North and in that space let's build the Treasure Room.

In the West there's a block of gems that is completely surrounded by gold. It's a good idea to build a Treasure Room here and have 12 imps digging here permanently. They will supply the gold necessary to train the 35 creatures which will enter your Dungeon through the portal.

The level seems eerily peaceful, you have plenty of time to amass a strong force and build a well-constructed dungeon. Instead of being attacked by waves of Heroes you'll find that you have to look for trouble on this map, so when you're ready you can venture out at your own leisure.

Just a bit before the Avatar finishes his training (the Knight and the Samurais should be at a sufficient level) is about the right time to dig in the direction of the North-East. Annihilating Dragons, Bile Demons and some Spiders should only be a formality. The purpose here is to get a Resurrect Creature bonus, an Increase Level bonus and the technology to build Bridges.

From the moment you have claimed the zone where the Dragons and Bile Demons were, send creatures to research the Bridge in the Library. At this time there should be more gold in the Treasure Room than is necessary; if everything is well there should be more than a hundred thousand gold coins in your coffers. It is too much and it's time to spend your prudent savings! An attack directed towards the Blue Keeper in the North-West risks losing a lot of creatures, so this option is way too risky at the minute. So it's time to increase the number of denizens in your Dungeon. You may be wondering how you can do this, well choose a room closed by a door (preferably near the Graveyard). Now ten corpses are needed to raise a Vampire and it's possible to summon Imps, catch my drift?

There is more than enough gold in the treasure room and a wide cemetery... so why shouldn't you build a small vampire army?

Now you should have more than enough minions to attack the Blue Keeper on the Western side. You can create a sieve, using Magic Doors, and lots of Lightning Traps to filter his forces significantly. Now en avant! Have the Avatar lead your forces; he can take down the Magic Door easily. Usually the Blue Keeper builds a Training room near this entrance point, so expect a warm welcome from his perspiring minions. The Blue Keeper is powerful, don't be fooled, but by harassing his creatures it is possible to reduce his army considerably.

The Avatar can take on 4 Dragons and 3 Bile Demons! Why not see for yourself?

When you have inevitably finished with the Blue Keeper you should claim his Library, because it contains the Destroy Walls spell (which'll come in useful for when you take the Green Keeper on) and also the Prison as you can't build this room.

Once you've claimed the Blue Keeper's domain, let your fighters rest a little. Meanwhile, send the Giants and Samurai to the Workshop. You need to build as many doors and traps as you can. Dig out earth from the South of your dungeon to create some kind of a labyrinth to that square of reinforced wall, on the South-East. Once the territory is dug and claimed, booby-trap it and close it up.

Now prepare for the war that is about to come Destroy and dig the wall that separates you from the Yellow Keeper, you'll find a Magic Door. On the other side the Yellow Keeper will cast Call-to-Arms and drop a bunch of Bile Demons and Dragons. Attack them with the Avatar. You'll have a hard time trying to beat the first enemies, as they are level 10. You'll probably need to rest the Avatar, to keep him alive and satiated. Use your Imps to claim as much of the Yellow's territory as possible.

During battles you can possess a Samurai, or the Avatar himself, to try to reveal the opponent's dungeon and discover the location of his Dungeon Heart. Pass by the North, along impenetrable rock, it's the easiest way. When you are close to the enemy Dungeon Heart unleash all your creatures on the claimed land nearby for the final battle!
